He developed a careful listening approach to the problems in the body and an integrative method of facilitating changes towards health and wellbeing.

In my practice, I found that CST is especially effective in supporting clients who experienced major challenges, stress, or trauma in their childhood or later in life and maybe experiencing symptoms of post-traumatic stress PTSD.
The treatment is carried out over the clothes with light touch and offers deep tissue releases. It is safe and suitable for all ages including new-born babies.
A session may also involve therapeutic images and conversation enabling the client to gain more understanding about the origin and the meaning of the illness or discomfort.
Somato Emotional Release®
in the CranioSacral Therapy process may involve recalling past experiences and forgotten memories, emotional states, visualizations, or an imaginary journey with emotional processing. Such experiences can lead to profound changes in one’s understanding of how some events and feelings contribute to the development of an illness. Adults: £ 65.00 Treatment sessions are an hour or a bit longer (60 - 75 min). Initial appointments can be longer if necessary (1.5 hours).
Children: Initial treatment session: £ 55.00 ; Follow up treatments: £ 45.00 The duration of the treatment depends on the child's needs.
